Job Description:
Position: Litter Picker - Lakefest Festival
Location: Ledbury
Dates: 7th till 12th August
Hours: Rotating shifts; Early shift -5am - 12pm or 6am - 1pm and late shift 12pm - 7pm or 1pm - 8pm daily
Pay: 15p/h
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness across the event grounds
Empty bins and manage waste in high-traffic areas
Support the Event Supervisor and waste logistics team
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to work outdoors all day
Team‑player attitude with strong attention to detail
Ability to follow supervisor guidance and event protocols
Previous experience at festivals or outdoor events preferred, but not essential
