We are recruiting for a new People TUPE Partner to join us in managing all aspects of people change programmes such as acquisitions, disposals, mobilisations, demobilisations, changing T's & C's, restructures, and company bids.
Main Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Senior Transformation & Change Partner to deliver a best-in-class service, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Your responsibilities include:
* Managing and delivering large-scale change programmes with clear project management plans, visibility of tasks, and stakeholder ownership.
* Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear two-way communication and high visibility of change projects.
* Participating in bids, including assisting with bid materials, planning for Target Operating Models, and preparing client presentations.
* Ensuring change programmes are managed ethically and legally, with risks properly highlighted.
* Driving continuous improvement of policies and processes through lessons learned and automation, aiming for industry-leading service delivery.
* Providing pragmatic, commercially aware employment law advice to ensure a collaborative stakeholder experience.
* Coaching and influencing stakeholders to align decisions with current legislation and business needs.
What Are We Looking For?
We seek an experienced HR Professional with demonstrable experience in large-scale change programmes, particularly involving TUPE and ER Law. You should be proficient in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, risk identification, and providing commercial resolutions. Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, payroll systems, or similar HR databases is preferred but not essential.
Additionally, you should have:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels within the business.
* Ability to solutionise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent collaboration skills to foster effective team relationships and trust.
* An understanding of Six Sigma methodology.
* CIPD or Employment Law qualification is desirable.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Excel is desirable.
