As a great team player, you’ll assist your mentor in carrying out work and installations to Abri’s properties in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all work complies with sound building maintenance practice. Your customer service skills must be top‑notch, as we aim to go above and beyond for our customers.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Develop skills and competency in gas servicing, assisting competent Gas Engineers with day‑to‑day repairs, maintenance and servicing within our properties to support and maintain safety standards within our housing stock.
* Consistently develop and demonstrate an understanding of Health & Safety requirements, legislation, and Codes of Practice.
* Notify electrically competent colleagues of any identified electrical or health & safety hazards, supporting remedial action as requested to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety.
* Receive support from your supervisor and mentor.
* Attend college and complete all coursework on time and to a high standard.
