The role is within Customer Operations and focuses on maintaining yard safety, security, and environmental compliance in line with EMS standards, conducting audits on vehicles and mobile plant, and managing Chapter 8 assets, depot maintenance, and water works materials in accordance with EUSR and DWI standards.
Responsibilities
* Ensure timely delivery of materials to engineers; loading and offloading warehouse deliveries and supporting daily warehouse operations.
* Respond promptly to DG3 material needs and provide excellent customer service through clear communication and feedback.
* Assist with wash downs, operate mobile plant, and handle ad-hoc collections and deliveries as required.
* Conduct audits of vehicles and mobile plant and maintain yard safety and environmental compliance.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
* Experience and proactive approach in yard and warehouse operations, safety compliance, and asset management.
* Hands-on experience auditing vehicles and mobile plant; ensure EMS environmental compliance and water works materials per EUSR and DWI.
* Ability to support warehouse logistics, including loading/offloading deliveries and delivering materials to field engineers.
* Customer service skills and effective communication to capture feedback.
