Teaching Personnel is seeking for a charismatic, compassionate, and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to offer personalized assistance to a student transitioning from primary to secondary education.
In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in fostering the student's self-assurance and resilience, guiding them through the transition to secondary school. Your support will empower the student to cultivate a positive outlook and enhance their learning abilities. Moreover, you'll facilitate the student in forming connections and seamlessly integrating into the school's vibrant community.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Providing personalized numeracy and literacy sessions on a one-on-one basis, following the guidance of school staff.
* Participating in selected mainstream lessons like P.E. and technology.
* Engaging the student in confidence-building activities such as gardening, cooking, and crafts.
* Offering pastoral mentoring, aiding in mental health support, and assisting with emotional management.
* Collaborating with other team members for individual or small group sessions, depending on the appointed candidate's expertise and skills, which will be determined post-appointment.
