There are 4 exciting opportunities across our 2 Boston sites & Spalding site – start your career within the print industry today! Suitable candidates would have great attention to detail, demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, and be a team player.

Be involved with a thriving company that will provide all the training you need to succeed in the packaging industry. Below are some key responsibilities and requirements for the role.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Maintain health and safety within a print-related work environment.
* Communicate and work with others in the print environment.
* Gain knowledge of the organisation's printing processes.
* Keep equipment clean and in working order.
* Operate flexo printing machines.
* Assist in all areas of label manufacturing to understand the business better.
* Promote and maintain health and safety standards.
* Contribute to improving the effectiveness of the print organisation.
* Plan work to meet production requirements.
* Maintain systems in working order.
* Gain a better understanding of the print industry.
* Control the use of variable data with printing machines.
* Understand the mechanical operations of the machines.
* Provide improvement ideas for the site.
Key Requirements
* 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths & English.
* Highly motivated, eager to learn, and loyal.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Organised and calm under pressure.
* Friendly, approachable, flexible – a team player.
* Proactive, positive, enthusiastic – with a “can do” attitude.
* Travel may be required; a current, clean driving license is an advantage but not essential.
