Teaching Assistant – 1:1 SEN Support (KS1) Wimborne Area | Paid to Scale | Immediate/Upcoming Start Are you a caring, resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a warm, welcoming and well-supported primary school in the Wimborne area, seeking a dedicated TA to work with a KS1 pupil with SEN needs. The successful candidate will support a young boy who can become dysregulated and distressed at times. The school has clear, effective strategies in place, and you will be guiding him through these. His coping mechanisms include spending time outside, using hoops, and engaging in distraction or regulation activities to help him feel calm and safe. We are looking for someone patient, nurturing, and confident in using positive behaviour approaches.
