Salary: £42,000 £50,000+ (including travel and overtime)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | 40-hour base week (typically 48+ hours)

About the Role

Our client, a specialist provider of integrated HVAC and M&E solutions, is seeking two experienced Industrial Electricians to join their expanding field team. Based from their Bromsgrove depot, these roles involve national site work installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems across industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Install, terminate, and test industrial electrical systems (LV distribution, MCCs, motors, control wiring).

2. Carry out containment works, SWA glanding, and cable terminations to a high standard.

3. Support commissioning and handover of complex systems.

4. Work collaboratively with mechanical and HVAC teams on site-based projects.

5. Ensure all works meet health, safety, and electrical compliance requirements.

6. Complete accurate documentation, reports, and test results.
