JDR are supporting with the recruitment of a Senior Family Solicitor to join a well‑established legal firm in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a busy organisation, with long‑term opportunities to move into the management team. This is a hybrid role, mainly office based but with the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home.
What you'll be doing
* Working closely alongside the head of department
* Managing cases in a busy department, covering private family law, financial remedy, divorce, and cohabitation
* Overseeing the two junior family solicitors in the busy practice
* Be confident handling caseloads with minimal supervision
* Support with the development of the department
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years experience PQE within family law
* Ability to pick up existing caseload with minimal experience
* Enthusiastic and hardworking individual
* A confident leader with plans to develop into management
