We are a thriving, dual-site urban and rural training practice, seeking a dedicated Salaried GP to join our supportive and forward-thinking team due to retirement. Location: Kingswinford and Kinver with sites in both urban and rural settings Position: Salaried General Practitioner Sessions: 4-6 Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience Start Date: Flexible

* GMC registered with a valid license to practice
* Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
* Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
* Interest in education, teaching, or specialist clinical areas is welcomed
* Team player with a proactive and positive approach
* Full driving license
Main duties of the job include:
* Undertaking a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone/video consultations, Accurx consultations, home visits, signing repeat prescriptions, and managing queries, paperwork, and correspondence. Be part of the on-call rota.
* Making autonomous decisions regarding patient presentations using current clinical guidelines such as NICE/health pathways.
* Assessing healthcare needs of patients with undiagnosed problems.
* Screening for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
* Developing care plans in consultation with patients, aligned with Practice protocols.
* Providing counseling and health education.
* Admitting, discharging, and referring patients as appropriate.
* Recording clear consultation notes and collecting data for audits.
* Issuing prescriptions electronically, following formulary guidelines.
* Attending clinical and GP meetings.
