Purpose Statement
The Civils Project Engineer will play a vital role in supporting the Engineering Department at KAM by enhancing how Metrolink's civil assets are maintained to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Under the guidance of the Track and Civil Engineering Manager, and in collaboration with the existing engineering team, the Civils Project Engineer will also provide specialist support to projects and act as a key liaison with the wider operational business.

Identify and assess the impact of projects on civils assets and their ongoing operation and maintenance.

Provide expert guidance to design and construction teams on operations and maintenance requirements.

Highlight cross-asset or operational impacts to the Project Manager as appropriate.
