To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support a large-body organisation delivery by providing a joinery service in public properties while upholding safety guidelines andplying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values as outlined below.
Your new role
1. Fitting kitchens to required specifications
2. Repair, renew and maintain Internal / External doors, door frames, windows and associated ironmongery
3. Repair, renew and maintain all types of flooring, floor tiles and wall tiles, including levellingpound
4. Repair, renew, maintain bath panels, skirting, plywood ducting etc.
5. Repair, renew and maintain all types of fencing / gates and associated works
6. Form-work and joist / roof trusses, slating and tiling and flat roof construction etc.
7. Repairs to all types of guttering / downpipes and roofline work
8. Erect plaster board and dry lining.
9. Painting and staining as required
What you'll need to succeed
-Relevant experience in providing a response maintenance service.-A full current driving licence.-Have successfullypleted an apprenticeship in Joinery (either time served or skills-based)-2 years’ post-Apprenticeship Joinery experience*
petent in core trade with the ability toplete a range of tasks without input from other operatives
-Can demonstrate sound practical knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety requirements and legislation in a maintenance/repair environment
