About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, working with pupils of mixed abilities – including those with mild SEN or additional needs.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys engaging with students, delivering small group work or intervention sessions, and occasionally stepping into a class-leading role.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting pupils in-class and delivering targeted interventions
* Assisting with planning and preparation of lesson materials
* Covering lessons in the absence of teaching staff (as required)
* Promoting positive behaviour and learning engagement
* Supporting students with varying needs, including those with SEN
