As our business continues to grow, we're looking for Production Operatives to join our friendly and fast-paced production team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
* Working in our production and packaging facility
* Operating semi-automated production lines
* Monitoring efficiency and carrying out regular quality checks
* Packing off finished goods and maintaining high standards
* Ensuring smooth daily production with hands-on teamwork
Person Specification
Previous experience in food manufacturing is a bonus – but full training will be provided. A good level of physical fitness is important as the role involves manual handling and lifting.
Please note: Due to our rural location, access to your own transport is essential.
