The Product Support Specialist will provide excellent customer support by troubleshooting and resolving product technical issues for clients within the electrical engineering sector. This role is based in Stockport and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background. Description Key responsibilities will consist of: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Handle all internal & external engineer enquiries. Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues promptly. Build deep expertise in our full range of technology products and offer phone-based support to installing customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues. Manage return requests by inspecting, testing, and repairing hydraulic and electromechanical motors, control panels, and other returned technology components from installing customers. Provide technical assistance to both field and internal sales teams in response to their information requests. Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless problem-solving. Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers. Assist with the installation and configuration of equipment as required. Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to improve support quality. Ensure compliance with company protocols and customer service standards.Profile The successful candidate will possess: Experience in engineer technician trouble shooting. Avid eye for technical problem solving & keen ability to handle products during refund & repairing process Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively. Knowledge of automated systems or related technologies. A proactive approach to learning new products and technologies.
