We are looking for a proactive School Business Manager to lead strategy, operations, and recruitment for a specialist education and community provision in Sidcup. This key leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting organisational growth, and managing staffing and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage operations, resources, and budgets
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff management
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding
