Program overview: Join one of our Global Research and Institute internship programs to kick-start a career with global impact, with opportunities for lifelong learning, development and support. Working within one of the most respected research organizations in the world, you’ll support global investors and asset managers in achieving their portfolio and firm goals. You’ll learn how to conduct insightful, objective research, and help our clients make informed investing decisions in six disciplines: Global Economics, Global Investment Strategy, Global Equity Research, Global Credit Research, Global Rates & Currencies Research and Global Commodities Research.
Training and development: Our internships are a launchpad for your development. From day one, you’ll be supported by mentors, take on real responsibilities, and build valuable skills through immersive learning and hands-on training across the business. You’ll have access to The Academy for onboarding, education, and professional development.
Eligibility
* We welcome applicants from all degree backgrounds—from arts and humanities to economics and mathematics.
* You must be working toward an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited university or college, with graduation between September 2025 and June 2026.
* You’ll need at least 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and be on track for a 2:1 (or equivalent).
* You must be available to join the program from June – August 2026.
Our Recruitment Process
* After completing an application form, you’ll be asked to submit a self-recorded video interview.
* If successful, you’ll be invited to an assessment centre for two interviews assessing your competency for the role and your technical abilities.
* Applications are considered before the closing deadline; apply early to improve your chances.
