Responsibilities

Key duties

* KPI & Reporting: Daily chasing of CTS WIP with external suppliers, with system updates on time to completion
* Weekly completion of the WIP report and WIP comparison report for the CTS
* Completion of CTS VOR reporting
* Weekly production of exception report showing missed services, with distribution to relevant technical maintenance controller
* Managing assigned KPI’s and taking action as required
* Participate as a member of the Fleet desk team
o Answer fleet desk calls and direct or act on the call accordingly
o Assist with resolution of invoice queries allocated via the query process to the fleet area
o Assist satellite workshops & mobile engineers with Fleetwave issues/queries
o Support the technical service administrator when required
* Management & support of the CTS fleet
o Run legal servicing reports, validate information based on current Fleetwave data and arrange bookings for CTS service events
o Liaise with CTS customers and third-party repairers to book vehicles in for services, including resolution of method of delivering / collecting the vehicles
o Accurate and timely entry of CTS jobs on Fleetwave
o Ensure vehicles remain compliant at all times; chase and update WIP of the CTS service events and update Fleetwave with supplier information and customer updates
o Chase and check compliance paperwork from suppliers, uploading the paperwork to Fleetwave in a timely manner
o Escalation of issues arising from service paperwork to necessary suppliers
o Creation of defect jobs, triggered by customers, with date/time stamp recorded against the defect
o Processing of CTS tyre requests, adding the detail jobs to Fleetwave, reviewing reports and obtaining recharges
o Monitor and act on CTS daily movements and cancel service events as required
* CTS Supplier Management
o Monitor and action CTS daily movements, source a maintenance provider, and liaise proactively with the supplier to pre-empt the next service required
o Establish a network of maintenance providers, detailing, setting up and negotiating supplier accounts and rates


Skills and Qualifications

About You

* Good work organisation
* Excellent telephone manner
* IT literate with experience using Outlook, Excel and Word
* Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
* Able to prioritise own workload
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing business needs

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a commercial vehicle facility.


Working Hours

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, office-based. 8:30am – 5:30pm
