Description
Credit Controller (Immediate start):
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
Chase outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written communication
Allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts
Resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries
Prepare and distribute aged debt reports to management
Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits for new customers
Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing issues
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary
Profile
Credit Controller (Immediate start):
Immediately available or available on short notice
2+ years of credit control experience
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
