£46,000 - £62,000 per annum | Full Time | Bristol Area | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

What you'll do
* Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles
* Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
* Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs
* Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused
* Ensure excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with us
What you'll need
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
* Pride in supporting your customers and team through every shift
* Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
* Ability to monitor, manage, and improve your store’s KPIs
