What you will need: minimum of Level 3 in childcare previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues ability to adapt to the individual needs of each child and provide appropriate support and guidance CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) ability to pass a background check. About us We are a village preschool, that offers childcare for children aged between 2 - 11 years. We have two playrooms; our Ladybird room is for children aged 2 - 3 years and our Bumblebee room is for children aged 3 - 4years.
