Description Job Title: People Services Administrative Assistant Salary: £26,556 – £28,764 per annum (pro rata if part-time) Grade: B Contract Type: Fixed Term 12 Months Working Hours: 37 hours per week About the department This position sits within the People Services Operations Team and provides essential administrative support during the transition to improved employee and manager self-service functionality in Oracle. Until these system enhancements are implemented, the postholder will support Learning & Development (L&D) and broader People Services administrative activities, including responding to Helpdesk queries and maintaining accurate records. About the Role As a People Services Administrator, you will be responsible for: Support administrative duties for Learning and Development including, but not limited to, creating courses on Oracle, updating attendance registers and booking rooms. Responding to HR Helpdesk queries relating to policy, processes and oracle system support What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who has: Accurate Data Input experience At least 12 months' administrative experience Customer Service Skills Microsoft Office including SharePoint Experience of working in an office environment Essential qualifications: 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (A-C) including Maths and English DBS Check: Not Required for this post.
