The successful candidate will lead a small, highly skilled team, overseeing intensive production processes, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the business continues to run efficiently. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a practical, close‑knit environment and enjoys mentoring a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support a small production team, fostering a positive, traditional work culture
* Oversee multi‑step manufacturing processes for custom components
* Coordinate closely with the in‑house tooling team to ensure smooth production flows
* Monitor efficiency, staff utilisation, and production plans, reporting to the owners
* Implement process improvements and changes in a controlled, safe manner
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and best practices
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in manufacturing management, ideally within niche or complex processes
* Strong leadership and team‑management skills, able to motivate and support a long‑standing workforce
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience introducing process improvements successfully
* Solid understanding of H&S and workplace safety
