Main duties of the job:
We are looking for a part-time Health Visitor to work in the 0-+ Service for a fixed-term contract. The role requires good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to be adaptable, reliable, compassionate, and approachable. You will support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, manage a caseload of families, and be involved in public health activities within a geographical area.
You will work collaboratively with other agencies to safeguard children and families, and have knowledge of Clinical Governance, Risk Management, audits, and Professional Codes.

Qualifications & Training:
* RN (Adult or Child/RSCN) or RM
* BSc/Public Health Nursing – Health Visiting or equivalent
* V Nurse Prescriber
* Motivational Interviewing trained
* Solihull Approach trained
* Promotional Interviewing trained
Experience & Knowledge:
* Managing a Health Visiting caseload
* Continuing professional development
* Leading assessment, planning, and evaluation of care
* Experience of integrated working
* Proficiency with email, internet, and word processing
* Knowledge of safeguarding issues
