Associate Director Mechanical (Design & Projects) - London - to £85,000 + Package (Bonus c.10% of salary, Medical & Pension 12%)

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients within a Commercial Property Consultancy that manages large estates and portfolios of buildings.
* Work with an existing client base to lead projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design (MEP/Building Services).
* Take responsibility for managing projects with support from the wider M&E team and develop both design skills and client-facing/project management capabilities.
* Engage with the client team as the client’s representative on projects, providing direct access to clients and ensuring projects are properly costed and delivered.
* Support opportunity for growth and progression as the London team expands (expectation to double in size within 1-2 years).
Location & Working Arrangement
Based in central London or working from home. When in the office, operate from a state-of-the-art facility; all employees are expected to work flexibly with part of the week at home.
