Package
* Salary: £44,300 £50,300 per annum (£22.75 £25.76 per hour) DOE
* £3/hour night enhancement
* £1.50/hour weekend enhancement
* Time and a half for overtime

Requirements
1. NMC Registered Nurse (Part 1 or Part 2)
2. Experience in nursing for older people
3. Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
4. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
5. Ability to adapt to fast-paced, complex care situations
6. Knowledge of the CQC Fundamental Standards (desirable)
