Were looking for a Deputy Manager to help lead and support our dual-registered childrens homes, where the focus is always on delivering high-quality care, safeguarding, and giving Looked After Children the best possible start in life. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of two dual-registered homes. Youll help foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children and young people can thrive. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing care standards, safety, and compliance across both homes. Support childrens care planning, attend professional meetings, and maintain accurate records. Implement recommendations from Ofsted and Regulation 44 visits. Supervise and support staff to deliver excellent care and uphold safeguarding standards. Work collaboratively to create and maintain effective staff rotas. Maintain confidentiality and contribute to team development through supervisions and appraisals.
