Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead @ Viral Consumer Brand
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 1 day WFH)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 DOE

With over 1 billion organic views across social media and rapid year-on-year growth, the business is now looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of its full-funnel acquisition strategy and scale paid growth profitably.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy across D2C.
* Launch, structure, and scale Meta campaigns driving traffic to the brand’s ecommerce site, with first-purchase profitability as the north star metric.
* Test and scale new paid channels beyond Meta, including TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Pinterest, Google Ads, Bing, Snapchat, and emerging acquisition platforms.
* Own structured testing frameworks across hooks, creatives, offers, landing pages, audiences, and funnel optimisation.
* Drive CRM and CRO initiatives to maximise retention and lifetime value.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience leading performance marketing for D2C, ecommerce, or challenger consumer brands.
* Deep hands-on experience scaling Meta Ads profitably.
* Strong working knowledge of paid search (Google Ads) and broader acquisition channels.
* Understanding of full-funnel growth including CRM, CRO, landing page testing, and contribution margin optimisation.
* Highly analytical but creatively driven, able to turn insights into high-performing concepts.
* Experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, or emerging AI-driven acquisition tools is a plus.
