Veterinary Receptionist (Part‑Time)
Join IVC Evidensia UK as a Veterinary Receptionist at Oaks Vet Centre.
We are looking for a friendly and approachable professional with a passion for animals and experience in customer service and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written), strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and proficiency with computer systems.
Responsibilities
* Answer and triage phone calls.
* Schedule appointments and update patient records.
* Dispense medications and process payments/banking.
* Manage outstanding accounts.
* Maintain cleanliness of reception, consult rooms and communal areas.
* Greet clients and their pets at the practice.
Shift Pattern
20 hours over 5 days. Weekends are 1 in 8.

About the Team
Our team of veterinary surgeons, nurses and support staff provides the highest level of patient care and customer service. The reception team includes 11 people working across three practices in Ayrshire, Saltcoats, Largs and Dundonald.
