Bridge Engineer (Senior to Principal) Liverpool Up to £60,000 hybrid working Looking to put your experience of working with Bridges to the best possible use? This well-established and now rapidly-growing practice has created the opportunity for you, an experienced Bridge Engineer to play a lead role in the development of the team and the office. You'll work with a wide range of public and private sector clients including local authorities, contractors, and government agencies. With projects spanning assessments, designs, feasibility studies, and technical advisory roles on major infrastructure schemes. What you'll be doing; Managing projects from concept to completion. Review and approve design calculations, drawings and specifications in accordance with DMRB and design codes. Carry out bridge inspections and assessments. Liaise with clients and contractors. Mentor junior members of the team. What you'll bring to your new role; A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Extensive experience in bridge design and assessment. Strong knowledge of key design standards and codes, including DMRB and MCHW. Ability to assist with structural calculations and analysis, design drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
