What the Job Involves As a Social Worker in the Adult Neurodiversity Team (ANT), you will conduct Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Act work, and safeguarding inquiries, working directly with individuals, families, and support networks. The role focuses on delivering practical, person-centered interventions that make a tangible difference to people's daily lives, such as developing daily living skills, navigating services, or strengthening community connections.
