Job Description


We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Great Malvern, United Kingdom. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

* Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare and execute menu items with precision and creativity
* Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operations and timely food production
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation procedures
* Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
* Manage inventory and stock levels within your designated station
* Contribute to the creation of new dishes and menu items
* Ensure proper food presentation and garnishing before service
* Participate in special events and themed dinners as required
* Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times



Qualifications


* Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar culinary role
* Culinary degree or relevant certifications from a recognized culinary institute
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Creativity and passion for culinary arts
* Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
* Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the culinary field
* Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends



Additional Information


Educated to GCSE levels with a good understanding of instructions verbal and written
