We work with Britain’s economic engines—ambitious, entrepreneurial, high-growth businesses—and directly advise their owners and management teams.
We’ll broaden your horizons
Learning and Development (L&D) is a key part of our strategy and critical to our success. It helps us attract, develop, and retain talented people who take pride in their work and deliver results. Effective L&D underpins quality and productivity by equipping our staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to reach their potential.
Effective L&D requires specialist resources to identify needs and respond appropriately. It involves careful planning, project management, a strategic mindset, and understanding of regulatory requirements. We also focus on the latest innovations, tools, and technology to develop relevant, tailored, and timely learning experiences.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent to join our Learning Development team. The role is suited for a high-performing, ambitious individual eager to support our current curriculum and shape future L&D strategies during a growth phase.
