Day to day you will be :
Dealing with business customers, understanding their needs and resolving complaints/issues with the service levels
Updating the internal CRM system and researching the customer
Arranging for the field executive to visit the customer in person should you not be able to resolve over the phone

Starting salary of ca. £27000. This is an office based role. 8:30am-5:00pm in Wrexham.
