What You’ll Do
Every visit is at least 2 hours, giving you time to build strong, trusting relationships. Your role might include:
* Providing companionship, emotional support and a listening ear
* Helping with shopping, light housekeeping, or preparing nutritious meals
* Supporting with personal care, mobility or medication reminders
* Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or just for a nice walk
* Bringing dignity, joy and independence to someone’s daily routine
Qualifications
You don’t need previous care experience — just the right values and a desire to help others. Ideal candidates will be:
* Compassionate, calm and a good listener
* Able to take initiative and work independently
* Comfortable using public transport to visit clients
* Available for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
* Committed to working collaboratively with our office team
We especially welcome applicants from the local Westminster and Central London area.

Requirements
* A kind and respectful approach to care
* Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
* Right to work in the UK is essential
* Fluent in English and confident communicator
* Comfortable with walking and using public transport to reach clients
