Responsibilities
* Telephony and administration duties.
* Providing a high level of customer service and managing housing related queries through a variety of communication channels.
* Passing information to the relevant internal and external teams.
* Processing in and out post.
* Mailbox management.
Skills and Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
* 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with experience in administrative tasks and customer service experience.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office, beginner IT proficiency.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently, or as part of a team.
* As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
