Shift times: Part time - 24 hours a week - days - Shifts: 07:45am - 20:15pm

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Abbott House in Oundle. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our service users, delivering high standards of care that we would want for our own families. As a Senior Support Worker, you should have previous experience working with older adults in residential care. You need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with working towards or having completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, keeping your Line Manager informed about residents' needs and progress, and following care guidelines and policies. Good written skills are necessary for documenting care plans.
