Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective running of our offices
4. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and deliveries across multiple locations
5. Assist with the setup, organisation, and maintenance of office spaces, including furniture and signage
6. Maintain accurate records, inventories, and asset lists
7. Visit offices regularly to support teams, identify issues, and ensure consistency of standards
8. Assist with health & safety checks and support wider compliance requirements
9. Respond promptly and professionally to operational queries from colleagues
The Successful Applicant
About You
10. Previous experience in an administrative, facilities, or operational support role (professional services experience desirable)
11. Confident using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
12. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
13. Clear and professional communicator with a helpful, can-do approach
14. Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
15. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between offices
