About the role:
* Assist in supervising the Front Office Team as the Reception Manager
* Ensure team members are prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
* Manage first impressions for all hotel users
* Support the Front Office Manager in evaluating service levels and customer satisfaction
* Organize, delegate, and address business needs effectively
* Promote the hotel’s loyalty scheme and maximize room occupancy at optimal rates
* Implement up-selling techniques for hotel services and facilities
* Assist with departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
* Monitor team performance, standards, appearance, and conduct training, coaching, and development
* Be product knowledgeable, familiar with services and pricing
