Job Title: Sales Operations Associate
Location: Hybrid, London
Remuneration: £50.96 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary until 13th February 2026
Responsibilities
* Develop a product/sales activation strategy to achieve business objectives and secure cross-functional endorsement. Activate the strategy with execution and enablement to ensure key activities are delivered and targets achieved.
* Define the problem statement and project scope to deliver against key business objectives. Develop robust project plans, including workstreams and resource requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Formulate hypotheses on opportunity areas or problems and test them through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Synthesize findings into actionable insights, communicating them in a structured and compelling manner.
* Identify collaboration opportunities to enhance business outcomes. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams on programs, processes, and objectives.
* Design and implement operational cadences to ensure efficient operations and outcomes. Develop and manage processes and programs that drive strong operational rigor.
* Identify improvement areas to propel the business forward. Innovate or refine existing approaches for a step change in effectiveness or efficiency. Scale process improvements across the organisation.
* Gain an in-depth understanding of products and business areas, deepening knowledge of industry ecosystems, customer needs, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.
* Identify relevant stakeholders and understand their priorities and needs. Champion and challenge stakeholders to achieve better outcomes, fostering trusted relationships.
* Establish and track metrics to measure progress against business objectives. Design reporting frameworks using core tools to surface actionable insights.
* Conduct strategic assessments to address opportunity areas, evaluating a range of solutions and recommending a way forward with resource requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proficiency in oral and written communication
* Strong industry knowledge and analytical skills
* Expertise in data analysis, synthesis, and reporting
* Strategic planning capabilities
* Experience in team management and project planning
* Background in customer research
* Proficiency in data-driven analysis and reporting
