Recruitment Administrator & Resourcer (Manufacturing and Supply Chain Division)
Liverpool City Centre (close to Moorfields)
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE) per annum + bonuses
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
* Manage inbound applications and maintain accurate candidate records.
* Draft and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
* Support consultants with compliance, document checks, and onboarding.
* Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
* Act as a first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicating with people at all levels.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Experience in recruitment or administration is an advantage, but not essential.
