Account Manager - Facilities Management

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate services, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services for a key client at our [LOCATION] site.
About the Role
You will manage the full FM service delivery, ensuring a consistently high‑quality, 5‑star experience. This includes operational leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement and driving continuous improvement across service lines. The role combines hands‑on operational oversight with full managerial and financial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day delivery of hard and soft FM services.
Manage on‑site teams and suppliers to meet contractual KPIs.
Maintain strong client relationships through meetings, site visits, and performance reporting.
Full P&L accountability, ensuring profitable contract performance.
Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, small works, and helpdesk activity.
Ensure robust health & safety standards and compliance.
Identify opportunities for service innovation, contract growth, and re‑tender success.
About You
Proven experience in a similar FM management role within a corporate environment.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH) are desirable
