Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and cost-benefit assessments. Develop As Is and To Be process maps and transition roadmaps. Analyse data and present insights to senior stakeholders. Ensure high-quality documentation, traceability, and delivery alignment. Support testing and change readiness to embed solutions effectively. Mentor Business Analysts and drive best practice across the function.
