The European Category Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager drives profitable growth by combining category strategy, innovation management, portfolio optimisation and structured Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
The role is accountable for delivering net revenue growth, margin expansion and portfolio efficiency through data-led decision making, pricing strategy, mix optimisation and innovation leadership. They are also responsible for D-com, OOH and discounter channels from a global marketing perspective, taking ownership of the growth strategy & accompanying innovation pipeline / project execution to grow these channels for Clipper.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Category & Portfolio Management
1. Support and execute the European Hot Drinks category strategy
2. Identify consumer and shopper opportunities and translate them into clear range and innovation recommendations
3. Build robust financial business cases for innovation and renovation projects
4. Partner cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, local markets) to deliver growth and cost efficiencies, whilst reducing complexity
5. Lead innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch, ensuring commercial viability and operational simplicity
6. Managing overall reduction of complexity in relation to SKUs and factory
Revenue Growth Management & Commercial Strategy
7. Develop and implement structured RGM frameworks across key markets
8. Lead pricing strategy, price architecture and premiumisation initiatives
9. Analyse elasticity, promotional effectiveness and trade investment ROI
10. Drive SKU optimisation and portfolio simplification to improve GM%
11. Support annual planning with clear revenue and margin forecasts
12. Establish dashboards to track key metrics such as NR, GM%, promotional performance / ROI & portfolio efficiency / complexity
Data & Strategic Planning
13. Leverage market, financial and shopper data to identify risks and growth opportunities
14. Translate complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations
15. Develop medium-term category growth roadmaps
16. Conduct post-launch and performance reviews to embed continuous improvement

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
23. 5–10 years’ experience in Category Management, RGM, Commercial Strategy or FMCG Marketing
24. Strong financial and analytical capability
25. Experience working across multiple markets in a matrix organisation
26. FMCG experience essential; Hot Drinks preferred
27. Fluent English; willing to travel
