Direct Affinity CX (DACX) is a UK business specialising in contact centre operations and customer experience (CX) for the automotive industry.
Work consists of outbound lead generation and booking sales appointment, customer satisfaction surveys, inbound call handling.
We are passionate about delivering a great customer experience for our clients, in a great environment for our team (We are proud to be a Great Place to Work Certified company)
We make and receive high quality customer satisfaction calls, help customers on their journey to finding their next car, and even play a vital part in helping customers sell their own cars when they're ready to.
We're after expertise over experience, and whilst previous experience can be helpful, we have 3 core pillars, knowledge, skills and attitude. If you bring the right attitude, we are dedicated to giving you the knowledge and skills needed to be a success.
