Job Description PBS are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. The Senior Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the reception area and office administration tasks, providing senior-level support to the business, while leading initiatives to improve office efficiency and client service.

Supervise the reception area, ensuring all visitors and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Take responsibility for the overall coordination and smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, overseeing office equipment maintenance, and ensuring a well-organised workspace
Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including preparing complex documents, managing schedules, and handling confidential information.
Act as the senior point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a high standard of client service and addressing any issues or concerns.
Lead the organisation and execution of company events, including internal and external meetings, conferences, and social events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, including HSEQ and GDPR, and act as a point of contact for related queries within the office.
