Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
* A competitive basic salary.
* A guarantee period for the first year up to £27,000
* A market leading commission structure with an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000

As a Sales Negotiator your role will involve:
* Overseeing the entire sales process from initial offer to final completion, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
* Coordinating and leading property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm to leave a lasting impression.
* Managing client communications throughout the sales journey, ensuring a responsive, transparent, and personalised experience.
* Generating new business leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams to grow the sales pipeline
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
* At least 1 years’ experience in a sales or target driven role.
* Be personable and eager to learn.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling to appointments as needed.
* Strong organisational skills
* A resilient and adaptable mindset.
