About the Role
:
As an Accommodation Coordinator the main role will be working as part of the initial accommodation team. Responsible for allocating bed spaces to service users quickly to minimise loss of income. This will include relocating service users to another property or finding new properties for new service users to move into. Keeping safeguarding and Service User experience at the heart of the service will be key to succeeding in this role. Ensure all Service User notifications are processed accurately and efficiently to match the Service User to a bedspace. An important part of the role is to work closely with regional teams and transport team throughout the whole service user process.
Role Criteria:
1. Previous customer service experience
2. Previous experience working within an office environment
3. Proficient in making and answering phone calls
4. Previous experience with admin duties
5. IT literate especially Microsoft platforms
6. Excellent communication and people skills
