A well-established local Insurance agency is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join their friendly, growing team. This is a busy, customer-facing role where you'll support existing clients, handle enquiries, provide quotations and help identify opportunities to cross-sell where appropriate.
What you'll be doing
* Handling incoming calls and emails and providing a great customer experience
* Providing motor and home insurance quotations and converting quotes into new business
* Processing policy changes, updates and general insurance transactions
* Supporting renewals and helping retain existing customers
* Spotting opportunities to cross-sell additional products and introduce customers to a Financial Adviser when relevant
* Keeping customer records up to date on the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
* Supporting proactive outbound activity to generate new opportunities
What we're looking for
1. Experience in motor and home insurance (commercial exposure is a bonus, but not essential)
2. Confident, friendly communication skills (phone, email and face-to-face)
3. A genuine 'can-do' attitude and pride in delivering excellent service
4. Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload and deadlines
5. Comfortable using IT systems/CRM and happy learning new products and processes
6. Minimum 5 GCSEs...
