About the Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Butlin’s Buffets Department in Skegness! Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in running our bustling kitchen and leading a talented team of chefs.
Your passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences will shine as you monitor and enhance our service quality. You’ll be a key player in developing action plans focused on continuous improvement, while also stepping up in the Kitchen Manager's absence.
With your strong leadership skills, you’ll inspire your team through daily briefings, manage stock control, and ensure our food presentation is top-notch. You’ll also uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.
As a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, you’ll ensure training schedules and performance development plans are in place, motivating your team to create memorable experiences for our guests. Join us in our main buffet restaurant, where you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop a team serving guests who have booked a half-board dining package.
